Fix a janky animation with the frame picker
I recorded a 2-minute walkthrough. Auto frame-picking sometimes misses — if the raw video looks fine but the spritesheet loop is off, you can pick the frames yourself. Free, about a minute, and your original stays as v1.

Steps
- Open a completed run that has a walk, run, or other animation.
- Click Raw Video first. If the video looks correct, the issue is frame selection — not the generation.
- Click Pick Frames. Clear the current selection (deselect all) so you start clean.
- Scrub through the frames. Click Set start on the first pose of the cycle, then scrub to the last pose before the loop and click Set end.
- For the smoothest motion, set the count to every frame between start and end (a walk cycle is usually 22–24 frames, a run about 16) and keep the preview at 24 fps. Fewer frames give a choppier, retro look. Then click Even fill.
- Click Create vN. Spriterrific rebuilds the spritesheet from your selection — no credits.
- When the new version finishes, click Set as default. Agents and downloads will use this version going forward.
Re-generating costs credits. Fixing frames costs nothing.
